1. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed:
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- All orders are subject to availability and verification.
- Elevaire reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
2. Payment Policy
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods available at checkout.
- Payment must be completed before order processing.
- If payment is declined, the order will not be fulfilled.
- We reserve the right to verify billing details before shipping.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Processing times may be extended during launches, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
4. Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours:
- Orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
- No changes can be made to size, color, or shipping address.

5. Pre-Orders
For pre-order items:
- Estimated shipping dates are provided but not guaranteed.
- Pre-orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
6. Fraud Protection
Elevaire reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized payment use
- Reseller abuse
Additional verification may be required.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Elevaire first may result in:
- Account restriction
- Refusal of future service
