1. Order Confirmation



Once an order is placed:


  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • All orders are subject to availability and verification.
  • Elevaire reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.



If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.





2. Payment Policy



We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods available at checkout.


  • Payment must be completed before order processing.
  • If payment is declined, the order will not be fulfilled.
  • We reserve the right to verify billing details before shipping.






3. Order Processing



  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Processing times may be extended during launches, holidays, or high-demand periods.



Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.





4. Cancellation Policy



⚠️ Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.


After 12 hours:


  • Orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
  • No changes can be made to size, color, or shipping address.

5. Pre-Orders



For pre-order items:


  • Estimated shipping dates are provided but not guaranteed.
  • Pre-orders may not be canceled once production has begun.






6. Fraud Protection



Elevaire reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of:


  • Fraudulent activity
  • Unauthorized payment use
  • Reseller abuse



Additional verification may be required.





7. Chargebacks



Initiating a chargeback without contacting Elevaire first may result in:


  • Account restriction
  • Refusal of future service
